Savannah and Ivan wanted paper goods that were both high quality and very meaningful. For their invitation suite, we leaned into a romantic aesthetic paired with organic textures—fluffy handmade paper with deckled edges, pillowy letterpress, and buttery silk ribbon. We brought in motifs that carried significance for them and their shared Mexican heritage, such as the dahlia and hummingbird symbols that we used throughout their suite and their day-of details. We also incorporated their love of travel, creating hand-stitched, foil-stamped passport booklets that acted as place cards and contained information for guests, activities and games to play at dinner, and a sweet note from the couple.
