I only take on a few weddings each month in order to ensure that every couple gets my full attention, creativity, and support throughout the process, so I always recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your spot on my calendar.
For our typical working timelines, we typically begin design on save the dates at least 10-12 months before your wedding, invitations at least 6-7 months out, and day-of stationery about 3 months out.

Once you book, you'll receive a questionnaire from me with all kinds of questions about the two of you, your wedding details and aesthetic, your stationery vision, etc., so I can use all of this information to start creating your unique designs. We can also discuss your vision on a call if desiredβit's up to you!
Youβll receive a form to view the initial design mockups once theyβre ready, with space to provide your feedback on the overall design direction, the specific aspects you like and don't like, and more. Iβll use that feedback to make adjustments to your designs, and weβll repeat these steps until we've reached a final design you absolutely love!
This process makes it super easy and organized for you to view each round of your designs and share your thoughts with me.

Because custom stationery is fully unique to each client, pricing can range widely based on a variety of factors, including the size of your wedding/guest list, the types of materials and print methods utilized, and the upgrades and embellishments selected. The average Eventide couple invests around $8,000 - $15,000 on their custom wedding stationery.

While Iβm unable to provide physical samples of your exact paper goods before they go into production, I use extremely realistic digital mockups to give you an idea of what your stationery will look like. You'll also receive a sample kit with examples of past work and a variety of ribbons, paper samples, wax seals, and more so that you can see some of the colors, textures, and concepts in person as we begin the design process!
